Born in Wjelsryp, Hennaarderadeel, NL on 13th July 1959. Lives and works in Rotterdam since 1992. Since 1994 Wapke Feenstra writes local observations and initiates cooperation in the cultural field such as NEsTWORK and WSSOHWTE?
In 2002 she initiated with Antje Schiffers and Kathrin Boehm the platform MYVILLAGES (MyV).
