The neighbour has a wonderful way of talking about the village where she was born. Her voice trembles in a special way when she says its name.
In the middle of the four syllabic word she gets louder, the sound swells, her voice almost breaks and by the fourth syllable all is quiet again.

De buurvrouw kan prachtig vertellen over haar geboortedorp. Als ze de naam van het dorp uitspreekt, dan komt er een speciale trilling in haar stem.
In het midden van het vierlettergrepige woord zet ze zwaarder aan, het geluid zwelt, de stem slaat net niet over en bij de vierde lettergreep is alles weer rustig.
